HoYoVerse has shared new details about Zenless Zone Zero Season 3, including voice actors and official character art for the upcoming 3.0 patch. All revealed characters will appear in the Before the Wind Rises storyline and are featured in a newly released in-game trailer.
While the full roster of playable characters remains unconfirmed, Norma and Velina—members of the External Strategy Department—are the first confirmed units slated to debut with the 3.0 update. Additional characters may be announced as Season 3 progresses.

HoYoVerse has released official portraits for each character alongside the voice actor announcements. These images provide the first visual glimpse of the Season 3 cast.
A new teaser trailer has also been published, showcasing the characters in action and previewing their voice performances ahead of the 3.0 update.
What to Expect in Zenless Zone Zero 3.0
Norma and Velina will be the first characters available on banners when the 3.0 patch launches. Additionally, Pyrois—a Phaethon faction Etheric Other paired with the Proxy Belle or Wise—will debut with the update.
Zenless Zone Zero is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices. The Steam version is in development, and the 2.8 update is scheduled for May 6, 2026. The 3.0 update will follow the conclusion of the 2.8 patch cycle.
