The Miami Dolphins have placed running back Le'Veon Moss on the reserve/retired list, ending his bid for a roster spot with the team.
The move was announced on Tuesday, shortly after Moss signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent from Texas A&M last month.
No corresponding roster move was disclosed, leaving the Dolphins with an opening on their 90-man roster.
