Oprah Winfrey’s video podcasts, Book Club and Favorite Things, will transition to Amazon in a multi-year deal, according to reports from The New York Times and Variety.

Starting in July 2024, The Oprah Podcast will release new episodes twice per week, up from its current once-weekly schedule. The content will be available on:

  • Amazon Prime Video
  • Amazon Music
  • Audible
  • Fire TV channels

The shows will continue to be accessible on YouTube and other streaming platforms, but they will join Amazon’s library of celebrity-led content under its Wondery brand.

Wondery’s lineup includes popular titles such as:

  • New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce
  • Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard
  • Baby, this is Keke Palmer

In 2023, Amazon restructured Wondery, retaining its creator-led shows while integrating them into its broader content strategy.
