The Atlanta Falcons have bolstered their front office with the hiring of Bryce Johnston, a former executive with the Philadelphia Eagles. According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, Johnston has been named Senior VP of Football Administration and Senior Personnel Executive.
Johnston’s role will focus on leading the Falcons’ salary-cap strategy and serving as the lead negotiator for player contracts. He will report to team President Matt Ryan and General Manager Ian Cunningham.
The move comes shortly after the Falcons parted ways with Senior Director of Football Administration Chris Olsen.
