Chipolo, known for its independent tracking solutions that integrate with Apple and Google’s item-finding networks, has announced a new partnership with Secrid, a leading wallet manufacturer. Together, they are launching the Chipolo x Secrid Miniwallet Trackable, a wallet designed to complement Chipolo’s Card tracker while enhancing its functionality.
The new wallet is engineered to maximize the benefits of the Card tracker. The tracker is positioned on the back of the wallet, with the Find button easily accessible from the outside. This design makes it simple to locate your phone by pressing the button and following the sound to its source, even if it’s hidden in couch cushions. Additionally, the wallet’s structure amplifies the Card’s speaker, ensuring the alarm is louder and easier to hear. Chipolo and Secrid claim the wallet can boost the sound by up to 3dB, making it more effective in locating misplaced items.
The Chipolo x Secrid Miniwallet Trackable also prioritizes sustainability. Manufactured in the EU using responsibly sourced materials, the tracker itself is made from 50% recycled plastic. The wallet’s battery is wirelessly rechargeable and can be fully charged in just two hours using a Qi pad.
For those interested in purchasing the wallet, it is available now for $140, €120, or £120, depending on your region.
