The Washington Commanders have brought back cornerback Antonio Hamilton, the team announced on Monday morning. The re-signing comes as the Commanders continue to bolster their defensive roster ahead of the 2024 season.
No terms of the one-year deal were disclosed by the organization. Hamilton, who played in 15 games last season, contributed with 18 tackles, two passes defensed, and a fumble recovery. He also made one start during the 2023 campaign.
Hamilton has spent parts of his career with the Atlanta Falcons, Arizona Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants, and Las Vegas Raiders. Over his professional career, he has accumulated 197 tackles, two interceptions, 27 passes defensed, and two fumble recoveries.
