Melty Blood: Twi-Lumina Announced for 2027

The most significant reveal was Melty Blood: Twi-Lumina, an updated version of the 2021 fighting game. The title is scheduled for release in 2027 and will feature:

  • Gameplay and balance changes
  • A new story by Kinoko Nasu
  • New characters (details on the full cast and routes remain undisclosed)

The key art for the game includes Len, a character previously featured in past mainline and Melty Blood titles. Melty Blood: Twi-Lumina will be available on Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and PC.

World Heroes Perfect Shadowdrop and New Features

World Heroes Perfect made its PC debut via a shadowdrop on Steam for $19.99, with a temporary discount to $14.99 until May 8, 2026. The game includes:

  • All content from the original release
  • Practice Mode
  • Gallery Mode with concept and official art
  • Rollback netcode
  • Steam Achievements and Leaderboards
  • Remote play support

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Season 2 Adds Mr. Karate

SNK announced a new DLC character for Fatal Fury: City of the WolvesMr. Karate, a crossover character who first appeared as a boss in Art of Fighting. The DLC will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC in May 2026.

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls Adds Black Panther and The Incredible Hulk

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls will introduce Black Panther (Shuri version) and The Incredible Hulk as playable characters. The game is set for release on PS5 and PC on August 6, 2026.

Key details include:

  • Black Panther’s Wakanda will appear as a stage
  • Both characters are affiliated with The Avengers alongside Captain America and Iron Man

Tekken 8 DLC Launch Date for Kunimitsu Revealed

Evo Japan 2026 also confirmed the launch date for Kunimitsu as DLC in Tekken 8. Availability depends on whether players own the Season 3 Character Pass:
