The Atlanta Falcons have finalized their 2025 draft class by signing four rookie players, the team announced on Thursday. The signings include third-round wide receiver Zachariah Branch, fourth-round linebacker Kendal Daniels, seventh-round offensive lineman Ethan Onianwa, and previously reported sixth-round linebacker Harold Perkins.
Falcons Sign Zachariah Branch, Third-Round WR
The Falcons selected Zachariah Branch with the 79th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Branch brings experience from two colleges: he played two seasons (2023-24) at the University of Southern California before transferring to the University of Georgia for the 2025 season.
In his three-season college career, Branch appeared in 38 games and compiled impressive statistics, including 159 receptions for 1,634 receiving yards and nine touchdowns.
Kendal Daniels Joins Falcons’ Linebacker Corps
Atlanta selected Kendal Daniels in the fourth round with the 134th overall pick. Daniels played five seasons of college football, splitting time between Oklahoma State (2022-24) and Oklahoma (2025).
His collegiate career included 52 games played, with 41 starts. Daniels recorded 293 total tackles, 33.5 tackles for loss, 16 passes defensed, 7.5 sacks, five interceptions, and two forced fumbles.
Ethan Onianwa Adds Depth to Falcons’ Offensive Line
The Falcons selected Ethan Onianwa in the seventh round with the 231st overall pick. Onianwa played four seasons (2021-24) at Rice University before transferring to Ohio State University for the 2025 season.
During his time at Rice, Onianwa made 25 consecutive starts at right tackle in 2022 and 2023. He transitioned to left tackle before the 2024 season and started all nine games he played that year.
