Kia America, Inc. has issued a recall for 141,032 model year 2022–2026 Kia Carnival vehicles in the United States due to a potential fuel leak at the connection between the fuel pipe and the fuel rail.
Why the Recall?
A leaking fuel connection poses a serious safety hazard by increasing the risk of a vehicle fire, particularly if the fuel comes into contact with an ignition source.
What’s Being Done?
Kia dealers will inspect the affected vehicles and either tighten or replace the fuel pipe as needed, at no cost to owners. The recall has been assigned identification number SC368 by Kia.

- April 24, 2026: Owners can check if their vehicle is included in the recall by searching their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on the NHTSA website.
- June 2, 2026: Owner notification letters will be mailed to affected customers.
