Why the Recall?
A leaking fuel connection poses a serious safety hazard by increasing the risk of a vehicle fire, particularly if the fuel comes into contact with an ignition source.
What’s Being Done?
Kia dealers will inspect the affected vehicles and either tighten or replace the fuel pipe as needed, at no cost to owners. The recall has been assigned identification number SC368 by Kia.
