If you’ve ever accidentally interrupted a Microsoft Teams meeting by hitting the "Raise Hand" button, relief is on the way. Microsoft is redesigning its online meeting software to address this common issue.

The company announced the update on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, with plans to roll it out in June 2024. The redesign will move the Raise Hand button from the main toolbar to the Reactions menu to reduce misclicks, as the two functions are often confused.

This change aims to prevent unintended interruptions during virtual meetings, improving the overall user experience for Teams participants.
