Nelly Korda remains the most dominant force in women’s golf. The LPGA Tour’s relentless momentum continued in Mexico, and so did her streak of dominance. The results? Exactly as expected.
Korda clinched her 18th career LPGA victory, finishing four strokes ahead of runner-up Arpichaya Yubol. This was her third win of the 2026 season and her 23rd career point toward LPGA Hall of Fame induction—just four points shy of the required 27.
Her 2026 season has been nothing short of historic. According to the LPGA Tour, Korda has more wins this season than any player who has finished ahead of her in individual events. To clarify: she has won three times in 2026, while only two players—Hyo Joo Kim (twice) and Lauren Coughlin—have finished ahead of her in tournament play.
Nelly Korda’s 2026 LPGA Tour Results
- Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions: Win
- Fortinet Founders Cup: 2nd
- Ford Championship presented by Wild Horse Pass: 2nd
- Aramco Championship: T2
- The Chevron Championship: Win
- Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba: Win
The Mexico Riviera Maya Open was also a standout appearance for Korda. Held the week after a major championship, the field lacked many top-ranked players. Beth Ann Nichols of LPGA.com noted that Korda was the only top-10-ranked player in the world competing in Mexico.
"It is Nelly Korda’s world and everyone is just living in it."
