The NFL will officially release the full 2026 schedule at 8 p.m. ET, but teams are granted a 30-minute advance window to share social media schedule videos starting at 7:30 p.m. ET.
NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy confirmed the timing, stating,
"NFL clubs may begin posting social videos of their schedule at 7:30 p.m. ET."
