The Las Vegas Raiders continue to bolster their roster with additions from the collegiate ranks. On Monday, the team announced the signing of wide receiver Jonathan Brady, who joins former Indiana teammate Fernando Mendoza in Las Vegas.
Brady, who transferred to Indiana in 2025 after stints at New Mexico State and Cal, had a productive lone season in Bloomington. He recorded 14 receptions for 115 yards and three touchdowns, while also averaging 16.5 yards per punt return. His standout performance included a punt return for a touchdown.
In a corresponding move, the Raiders placed wide receiver Justin Shorter on injured reserve. Shorter, who appeared in 17 games over the past two seasons, primarily contributed on special teams.
The roster additions follow the team’s recent signings of running back Roman Hemby and wide receiver E.J. Williams Jr. as undrafted free agents last week. With these moves, the Raiders now feature a quartet of players from Indiana on their roster in Las Vegas.
