The Baltimore Ravens have made a strategic move to retain one of their standout players for the foreseeable future. According to multiple reports, the team has exercised the fifth-year option on receiver Zay Flowers, ensuring his services through the 2027 season.
This decision locks in a guaranteed salary of $27.298 million for Flowers, which will be paid in the final year of his rookie contract.
Drafted as the No. 22 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, Flowers has quickly established himself as a key contributor for the Ravens. In 2024, he became the first wide receiver in franchise history to earn a Pro Bowl selection. His performance only improved in 2025, when he recorded 86 receptions for 1,211 yards and five touchdowns, earning his second consecutive Pro Bowl berth.
Across his career with the Ravens, Flowers has appeared in 50 games, starting 48 of them. He has amassed 237 catches for 3,128 yards and 14 touchdowns during his tenure with the team.
