NBC has officially renewed "The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins", the Tracy Morgan-led comedy series, for a second season during the 2026-27 television season, the network announced on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

The renewal comes just weeks after the series aired its Season 1 finale on April 13, 2025.

The show, which also stars Daniel Radcliffe, premiered on January 18, 2025, drawing over 14 million viewers for its first episode. It ranked as the top comedy telecast of the 2025-26 season across all broadcast networks and was named the top new comedy in the 18-49 demographic.

The cast includes:

  • Tracy Morgan
  • Daniel Radcliffe
  • Erika Alexander
  • Bobby Moynihan
  • Precious Way
  • Jalyn Hall

The renewal announcement follows NBC’s cancellation of freshman series "Stumble" (cheerleading comedy) and "Brilliant Minds" (medical drama), leaving "Law & Order" and "The Hunting Party" in limbo. These decisions will be finalized ahead of NBC’s upfront presentations next week, where five drama pilots are also under consideration.
