The Atlanta Falcons have added explosive talent to their receiving corps by selecting wide receiver Zachariah Branch with the No. 79 overall pick in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Branch, who played his first two college seasons at USC before transferring to Georgia in 2025, made an immediate impact on the field. As a freshman in 2023, he showcased his return-game prowess by scoring on a 75-yard punt return and a 96-yard kickoff return, both for touchdowns.
His standout performance continued in 2025, earning him second-team All-SEC honors. Branch led the conference in receptions with 81 catches, accumulating 811 receiving yards and six touchdowns during the season.
Now, Branch joins an already formidable group of offensive weapons in Atlanta, including Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Kyle Pitts.
