The key upgrade is a 4K wide-angle camera, a significant leap from the original’s 1080p resolution. This enhancement allows for sharper, more detailed video capture and streaming, enabling users to observe birds with greater clarity from their smartphones.
The Feeder Metal 2 (4K) is available for purchase today at a price of $269.99. To access the full suite of AI-powered bird identification and other advanced features, users can opt for an optional monthly or annual subscription service provided by Birdfy.
