The Cleveland Browns officially announced the signing of second-round safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren to his four-year rookie contract. The move brings the team closer to finalizing its entire 2024 draft class.

With this signing, Cleveland has now signed nine of its 10 draft picks, leaving only first-round wide receiver KC Concepcion unsigned. The Browns selected McNeil-Warren with the 58th overall pick in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

Emmanuel McNeil-Warren’s College Career at Toledo

McNeil-Warren played four seasons at the University of Toledo, appearing in 53 career games with 14 starts. His most productive season came in 2023, when he played in all 13 games and recorded:

  • 77 tackles
  • 5.5 tackles for loss
  • 0.5 sacks
  • 2 interceptions

His standout performance earned him third-team AP All-America honors, solidifying his reputation as one of the top defensive backs in college football.

Browns Continue Signing Draft Class

The Browns have moved quickly to finalize contracts with their 2024 draft selections. In addition to McNeil-Warren, the following players have signed their rookie deals:

  • Second-round wide receiver Denzel Boston
  • Third-round tackle Austin Barber
  • Fifth-round center Parker Brailsford
  • Fifth-round linebacker Justin Jefferson

Only first-round wide receiver KC Concepcion remains unsigned as the Browns work toward completing their draft class.
