Free agent tight end David Njoku is scheduled to visit the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday, NFL Media insider Ian Rapoport reported. The visit comes as Njoku remains one of the top unsigned veteran free agents in the league for the 2026 season.

Njoku, ranked No. 76 on Pro Football Talk’s (PFT) list of this year’s top free agents, has yet to secure a new contract after nine seasons with the Cleveland Browns. He played in 12 games last season, recording 33 receptions for 293 yards and four touchdowns. Over his career, Njoku has amassed 384 catches for 4,062 yards and 34 touchdowns in 108 games.

Njoku previously visited the Baltimore Ravens in late 2025, but no deal materialized. The Chargers currently list Oronde Gadsden and Charlie Kolar as their top tight ends on the depth chart.
