The Philadelphia Eagles are exercising the fifth-year contract options for defensive tackle Jalen Carter and edge rusher Nolan Smith, according to multiple reports.
Carter’s fifth-year option will pay him approximately $27 million for the 2027 season, while Smith’s option is valued at around $13.7 million for the same year.

Carter, 25, was selected with the ninth overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Since joining the Eagles, he has earned Pro Bowl honors in each of the past two seasons. His career totals include:

Nolan Smith’s Contract and Performance
