The Philadelphia Eagles are considering adding cornerback Nazeeh Johnson to their roster, with a focus on his potential impact as a special teams contributor.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Johnson is scheduled to visit the Eagles on Monday.
Selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft, Johnson has played in 29 career games with six starts to date. His 2025 season was significantly limited by a shoulder injury, restricting him to just two games, all of which were on special teams.
In 2024, Johnson demonstrated his versatility by appearing on 48% of defensive snaps and 40% of special teams snaps across 16 games.
