Playground Games’ upcoming Forza Horizon 6 has been leaked online days before its official release, with pirates already cracking the game to bypass online checks.
The leak occurred after Steam users allegedly gained access to an unencrypted preload version of the game. The full download, totaling over 150GB, was later shared on file-sharing sites.
Forza Horizon 6 is scheduled to launch on May 19 for Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PC. Despite its pending official release, cracks to bypass online authentication are already widely available.
Reddit users first reported the leak on Sunday, noting the appearance of the game files online. However, Reddit’s legal operations team removed the post shortly afterward.
Earlier this year, a pre-release version of Forza Horizon 6 was also leaked, raising concerns about the game’s security ahead of its launch.
