Google has introduced a new AI-powered feature in Google Translate designed to help users refine their pronunciation when learning a new language. The "pronunciation practice" tool analyzes spoken input and delivers instant feedback, allowing users to correct and practice their enunciation before engaging in real conversations.
The feature is now available for Android users in the US and India, supporting English, Spanish, and Hindi. Google has not yet announced plans to expand the tool to other regions or release it for iOS devices.
The pronunciation practice tool joins similar features found in language learning apps like Duolingo, offering users a practical way to improve their speaking skills. Pronunciation guides are provided in phonetic format to assist learners in mastering correct enunciation.
