Cygames has unveiled a series of exciting updates for the Granblue Fantasy franchise, including the upcoming Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok open beta test and free access to the anime and manga.
Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok Open Beta Details
The Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok open beta will commence on April 24, 2026, and run through April 27, 2026. The test will be available on the following platforms:
- Nintendo Switch 2
- PlayStation 4
- PlayStation 5
- PC
The beta will feature four quests that players can complete solo or with others. Cross-play support will be enabled, along with key gameplay mechanics such as Summons, Full Bursts, and Primal Bursts. Cygames has cautioned that performance may occasionally be unstable due to the beta serving as a network load test.
Free Granblue Fantasy: The Animation Episodes
To celebrate the beta launch, Cygames is offering free access to episodes from the Granblue Fantasy: The Animation anime adaptation. The first half of Season 1 will be available on Cygames’ YouTube channel until July 31, 2026. The anime features Japanese voice acting with subtitles in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.
The anime is also streaming on Crunchyroll.
Free Digital Manga Volume
In addition to the anime, the digital version of the first volume of the Granblue Fantasy manga will be available to read for free via Kodansha from April 17, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok Release Date
The full version of Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok is scheduled to launch on July 9, 2026, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. The original Granblue Fantasy Relink was previously released on these platforms.
