The Green Bay Packers made Florida kicker Trey Smack the first kicker selected in the 2026 NFL Draft, taking him in the sixth round with the 216th overall pick.
Smack joins the Packers' roster alongside kickers Brandon McManus and Lucas Havrisik.

In 2023, the Packers drafted Anders Carlson in the sixth round, but he missed 11 kicks in his rookie season and did not play for the team afterward.
Trey Smack's College Career
Smack is a two-time Groza Award semifinalist and one of only three FBS kickers to make five field goals of 50-plus yards in 2025. He notably made a 57-yard field goal in the Shrine Bowl.
His college field goal accuracy stands at 82.8%.
