To collect Fibrous Pulp, you must first craft a Survival Multitool. Once you have the tool, focus on breaking specific coral types, particularly named varieties like Curtain Gorgon and Whip Gorgon, which yield Fibrous Pulp upon destruction.

Step 1: Craft a Survival Multitool

You’ll need the following materials to craft a Survival Multitool:

• 3 Titanium

Titanium can be found early in the game just outside your Lifepod. Once collected, interact with the Fabricator inside your Lifepod and navigate to Equipment and Tools to craft the multitool.

Step 2: Locate and Break Coral for Fibrous Pulp

With your Survival Multitool equipped, target the following coral types to harvest Fibrous Pulp:

• Curtain Gorgon: These are pink corals commonly found on the ocean floor. A cluster appears approximately 20 meters southwest of the Lifepod near an underwater rock formation, making it easy to gather multiple Fibrous Pulp at once.
