How to Pick Up What Your Critter Finds in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley includes adorable creatures called Companions that can assist you in various ways. One key task is the "Pick up what your critter finds" duty, part of the Elements of Nature Star Path quest. To complete this, you must collect 25 items found by your Companions while exploring the village.

Not all critters can find items immediately. To increase your chances, you must build a strong bond with your Companion, reaching level four in your relationship. Using two level-four critters with the same role specialization will maximize efficiency, as you can equip up to two Companions at once.

Steps to Complete the Quest

  • Increase your Companion’s bond to level four.
  • Equip two critters with the same role specialization.
  • Assign them tasks aligned with their role (e.g., foraging, gardening, mining).
  • Items they find automatically count toward your progress—no manual collection needed.
