Mansory’s New ‘Soft Kit’ for Porsche 911 Turbo S (992.2) Blends Subtlety with Aggression
Mansory has introduced a new aero kit for the Porsche 911 Turbo S (992.2), dubbed the ‘Soft Kit,’ which redefines the car’s appearance with carbon fiber components and a bespoke interior. While Mansory is no stranger to enhancing Porsche 911 models, this latest offering stands out for its understated yet impactful design.
Exterior Upgrades: A GT2 RS-Inspired Transformation
The facelifted 992.2 Turbo S Coupe is already a formidable machine, but Mansory’s kit amplifies its presence. The front features a new splitter paired with side extensions that flank the factory bumper intakes. The hood receives additional vents and spines, while the profile is enhanced with sharper side skirts, wide fender extensions, tweaked mirror caps, side gills with illuminated Mansory emblems, and new side intakes.
At the rear, Mansory has added a custom diffuser with a bumper extension, a larger rear wing with integrated cooling vents, a ducktail spoiler, and a matching engine cover. Many of these components are finished in red exposed carbon, creating a striking contrast against the matte silver bodywork.
The example shown rides on five-spoke alloy wheels with red center caps and aero discs, complemented by subtle Mansory decals along the profile.
Interior Redesign: Luxury Meets Performance
The interior receives a full overhaul, with Alcantara covering most surfaces. Tartan inserts adorn the seats and door cards, while the carpet and floor mats feature a quilted pattern. Mansory’s emblems are subtly integrated throughout the cabin.
Performance Potential: Up to 888 HP with Mansory Tuning
While the ‘Soft Kit’ focuses on aesthetics, Mansory also offers performance and chassis upgrades for the 911 Turbo S. In its most potent configuration, the tuned sportscar delivers 888 hp (662 kW / 900 PS) and 774 lb-ft (1,050 Nm) of torque from an upgraded twin-turbo 3.8-liter flat-six engine.
Customization and Pricing
Mansory has not disclosed pricing details for the ‘Soft Kit.’ However, the tuner emphasizes that the package can be fully customized to the owner’s preferences, with each component available for individual purchase.
"If you are wondering how anyone can call this soft, you probably haven’t seen the P9LM Evo 900 variant."
