Land Rover enthusiasts, it’s time to pay attention. The Defender 110 is undergoing revisions, and the 2028 model has been spotted on European roads with subtle camouflage on its front and rear ends.
Inside, the most significant change is the introduction of second-row captain’s chairs, which are clearly visible despite being covered in cloth camouflage.
While second-row captain’s chairs have been available in the longer three-row Defender 130, this marks the first time they will appear in the shorter five-passenger 110 model. The actual seats are likely the same units found in the 130 model, though the camouflage obscures confirmation.
It remains unclear whether these captain’s chairs will be a standard feature or an optional upgrade. A second-row bench seat will likely still be offered in some trims to maintain the 110’s five-passenger seating capacity.

The facelifted 2028 Land Rover Defender is expected to debut later in 2024, though the updated model may not arrive in the U.S. until sometime in 2025.
