OpenAI announced yet another reorganization on Friday, consolidating key areas and appointing company president Greg Brockman as the official lead of all product-related initiatives.

In a memo obtained by The Verge, Brockman outlined the company’s product strategy for 2024, emphasizing a full commitment to AI agents. He stated that OpenAI will invest in a single agentic platform, merging ChatGPT and Codex into one unified agentic experience for all users.

To execute this strategy, OpenAI is implementing a series of organizational changes, though some existing structures from last month’s reshuffle remain in place. The previous reorganization included Fidji Simo, head of the AGI division, who went on medical leave at the time.
