The New England Patriots have officially signed two more draft picks to rookie contracts. The team announced that third-round tight end Eli Raridon and seventh-round linebacker Quintayvious Hutchins are now under contract.
On Friday, the Patriots finalized deals with five draft selections, leaving only first-round tackle Caleb Lomu and second-round edge rusher Gabe Jacas as unsigned picks.
Eli Raridon’s College Career and Impact
Raridon, selected in the third round, brings experience and production to the Patriots’ tight end group. During his time at Notre Dame, he recorded:
- 48 receptions
- 623 receiving yards
- 3 touchdowns
- 40 games played
His contributions will add depth to a tight end unit that already includes Hunter Henry and Julian Hill.
Quintayvious Hutchins’ Local Roots and Defensive Profile
Hutchins, a seventh-round pick, has a strong connection to the region, having played college football at Boston College. His collegiate career included:
- 72 tackles
- 5.5 sacks
- 1 interception
- 1 forced fumble
- 2 fumble recoveries
- 43 games played
The Patriots’ signing of Hutchins adds a linebacker with local ties and defensive versatility to their roster.
