Reason magazine has received 17 nominations for the 2025 Southern California Journalism Awards, the Los Angeles Press Club announced on Monday, April 14. The nominations span magazine, video, and podcast categories. Winners will be announced on June 28, 2025, at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.

Editor in Chief Katherine Mangu-Ward is nominated for three articles:
