Spencer Pratt has taken aim at Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and Councilmember Nithya Raman, blaming them for the decline of Hollywood during his first mayoral debate appearance.
The debate, hosted by NBC4 at the Skirball Cultural Center on Wednesday, was held in partnership with Loyola Marymount University. The central question posed to the three leading candidates was how they would prevent film production from leaving Southern California.
When asked whether current leadership was doing enough for the entertainment industry, Pratt responded without hesitation:
"Absolutely not. Both of these people have been the reason why there’s no more Hollywood."
