While the photo itself appears harmless, TMZ has added context to the image. According to a witness, the picture was taken when someone recognized Vrabel and assumed the woman beside him was his wife based on their body language. The witness did not realize until the recent news broke that the woman was actually Russini.

TMZ’s report also notes that the source did not observe any public displays of affection (PDA) between the two. However, it describes them as "quite comfortable together," noting they were drinking and chatting with other gamblers. The report adds that when Vrabel left the roulette table to play blackjack, Russini followed but sat across from him.

The broader implication is that as long as the story remains in the spotlight, any old photos of Vrabel and Russini could resurface and be published by outlets like TMZ and the New York Post.
