The Minnesota Vikings have officially secured wide receiver Jordan Addison through the 2027 season. On Monday, the team announced it had exercised Addison’s fifth-year option, ensuring his presence on the roster for another year.

Under the terms of the deal, Addison is now set to earn $18 million guaranteed in the final year of his rookie contract. Selected as the No. 23 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, Addison has delivered consistent production in each of his three professional seasons, often playing alongside league standout Justin Jefferson.

In the 2025 season, Addison recorded 42 receptions for 610 yards and three touchdowns across 14 games. His career totals now stand at 175 catches, 2,396 receiving yards, and 22 touchdowns. Additionally, he has contributed 103 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns.

With his third season completed, Addison has become extension eligible, setting the stage for potential long-term contract discussions. The fifth-year option exercise may serve as a foundation for future negotiations between Addison and the Vikings.
