Xbox Gaming Xbox Series X/S Quick Resume Microsoft update

Microsoft has rolled out a new Xbox update, introducing several features, including the ability to disable Quick Resume for individual games on Xbox Series X|S consoles.

Quick Resume allows players to seamlessly switch between games with minimal loading time, a standout feature of the Xbox Series X|S. However, Microsoft acknowledged that it can cause performance issues with multiplayer games or titles requiring a constant internet connection.

"We've heard your feedback around performance after long periods of inactivity or with games that rely heavily on online connections."

With the Thursday update, Microsoft also introduced the ability to create up to ten groups on the Home screen, enhancing organization and customization for users.
