2027 Ford Super Duty Unveils Carhartt Edition: Rugged Workwear Meets Heavy-Duty Truck

There’s a strong overlap between blue-collar workers who wear Carhartt and those who drive or admire the Ford Super Duty. Ford’s heavy-duty pickup has earned its reputation as a jobsite staple across North America, much like the durable workwear brand that also calls Detroit home.

To celebrate this shared legacy, Ford has introduced a new Carhartt Package for the 2027 Super Duty. The $4,195 package is available exclusively on the 4×4-equipped XLT trim and only in a single-rear-wheel configuration.

Note: Chevrolet previously offered a Carhartt edition for the Silverado HD during the 2021 and 2022 model years, a two-year collaboration.

Exterior Upgrades: Workwear-Inspired Design

The Carhartt Package enhances the Super Duty’s exterior with several distinctive features:

• Carhartt-branded fender vents
• Body-color bumpers
• Painted grille
• Textured Carhartt graphics on the lower tailgate and doors, designed to resist wear from dirt, snow, salt, and other elements

The package is offered with six exterior color options: Marsh Gray, Iconic Silver metallic, Agate Black metallic, Carbonized Gray metallic, Oxford White, or the all-new Neptune Blue for 2027.

Additional functional upgrades include a spray-in bed liner featuring the Carhartt logo on the panel adjacent to the cabin and textured off-road running boards to improve entry and exit.

Unique Wheels with Industrial Inspiration

The Carhartt-equipped Super Duty rolls on distinctive 20-inch wheels, which Ford states were “inspired, in part, by the industrial textures Ford designers observed around Carhartt’s Detroit flagship store, including nearby manhole covers.” While the connection may be subjective, the round design of the wheels mirrors that of the manhole covers.

Interior Touches: Carhartt’s Signature Workwear Aesthetic

The cabin of the Carhartt Package-equipped Super Duty reflects the brand’s workwear heritage with:

• Duck canvas-textured cloth seats featuring triple-stitch construction—a hallmark of Carhartt’s design
• Triple-stitching on door inserts and center console
• Embroidered Carhartt logos on front headrests and map pockets
• Stamped logos on custom floor mats

In addition to the Carhartt Package, buyers can opt for the XLT Premium Package, which includes:

• 360-degree camera system
• Blind-spot monitor
• Heated front seats
• Power-folding mirrors
• LED lighting

The FX4 off-road package is also available, adding:

• Off-road tuned shocks
• Underbody skid plates
• Hill descent control
• All-terrain tires
