Kristin Dolan, CEO of AMC Global Media, received total compensation of $12.5 million in 2025, a 44% increase from $8.7 million in 2024, according to the company’s latest proxy filing.
The compensation package for Dolan included the following components:
- $2 million base salary
- $150,000 one-time signing bonus (related to her new employment contract)
- $4.2 million in stock awards
- $6.03 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation
- $113,803 in “other” compensation, including $12,038 in 401(k) match contributions and $101,765 in reimbursements for personal aircraft travel
Other Key Executives’ Compensation in 2025
Dan McDermott, President of AMC Studios, earned $4.95 million in 2025, slightly up from $4.2 million in 2024. His package consisted of:
- $1.6 million base salary
- $758,738 in stock awards
- $2.6 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation
- $14,000 in 401(k) match contributions
Kim Kelleher, Chief Commercial Officer of AMC Global Media, received $3.9 million in total compensation for 2025, down from $4.05 million in 2024. Her compensation breakdown included:
- $1.3 million base salary
- $440,326 in stock awards
- $2.2 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation
- $14,000 in 401(k) match contributions
Company Rebranding and Stock Performance
The latest compensation disclosure follows AMC Global Media’s rebranding from AMC Networks. According to Dolan, the change reflects the company’s ongoing transformation into a “global media and studio-driven company”, with streaming as its “leading source of domestic revenue.”
The company’s stock remains listed on the Nasdaq under the AMCX ticker symbol. Outstanding stock certificates for shares of the company’s Class A and B common stock are unaffected by the name change and remain valid without exchange.
In terms of stock performance, shares of AMC Global Media are up 25% over the past month, 12% over the past six months, and 32.6% over the past year. However, the stock is down 8% year to date.
