Yunyun Syndrome Rhythm Psychosis offers a variety of achievements, some of which are directly linked to the game's different endings. This guide organizes all achievements into clear categories for easier completion, starting with the prologue and progressing through endings and extras.

Prologue Achievements

These achievements can be completed during the first act of the game.

• YUNYUN DENPA OTW! — Finish a rhythm game for the first time.
• Time to explore! — Inspect anywhere in Qtie’s room.
• POWAAHH! MWAH 3! — Drink an energy drink.
• Full Combo! YUN ROCK! — Achieve a full combo at least once.
• Yunyun denpa signal SEND! — Max out the "#Qtie's sh^tposts are special codes that predict earthquakes with yun frequencies" trend.
• Y-unzip! — Unzip the folder located at the top right side of the desktop. Password is "rim de lacent".
• YUN DIE — Drag yunyun into the trash 4 times in a row.
• There is no next time. — You have to get the YUN DIE ending 3 times in a row.
• Don't leave me all alone…yu.un — Go into room search and wait for 30 seconds. Once you get the text prompt, play a song.
• Yun are an idiot. — Keep opening and closing the HEEERE's MOMMY MODE by using the TAB key until you get a rare screen.
• Q † CHANNEL — Complete the prologue.

IF? Endings

These achievements are tied to the IF? endings, which can be obtained by maxing out specific trends.

• Hikikomori plus the square root of cat ears is… Limitless power. — Max out: "#Kitty cats are the true rulers of Earth and cat videos are propaganda" trend.
• I WILL defeat you, vile dolphin! — Max out: "#The Screaming Beaver is an Agarthan and plans to take over the surface" trend.
• Baaaiiii! — Max out: "#Reptilians are learning about feelings by playing nakige" trend.
• Guess they're anti-family planning. — Max out: "#The romance genre is used by Reptilians to belittle human productivity" trend.
• Aquarium Qtie — Max out: "#Posts on the net are all written by bots and none of them are by humans" trend.
• Look out for that fourth dimensional velocity. — Max out: "#Qtie is completely fictional and a character from a game" trend, then throw yunyun to the bottom of the screen.
• The ones in Heaven and the ones in Hell are dead all the same. — Max out: "#Yunyun is the supreme goddess and only believers will be saved" trend.
• Miracles and magic can only do so much. — Max out: "#Super Hero Time is sponsored by a magical order and is finding kids with magical aptitude" trend.
