New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton is recovering from surgery to repair a core-muscle injury, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
The procedure was performed recently, and Slayton is projected to be ready for the start of training camp. While he will miss the offseason program, his recovery timeline suggests he’ll be cleared for action by July.
The 29-year-old Slayton has spent his entire NFL career with the Giants, serving as a team captain on a young offense last season. In 2025, he appeared in 14 games with 12 starts, recording 37 receptions for 538 yards.
