During the US 2026 Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival keynote, Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida officially unveiled the next major expansion for Final Fantasy XIV, titled Evercold.

The expansion is scheduled for release in January 2027 and marks the beginning of the Godless Realms saga.

First Trailer Teases Evercold’s Frozen World

However, the arrival of the Warrior of Light from the stars disrupts the frozen status quo, setting the stage for new adventures.
