Braden 'Clavicular' Peters, a 20-year-old influencer known for 'looksmaxxing'—a controversial practice aimed at maximizing physical appearance—was rushed to the hospital earlier this week after suffering a suspected drug overdose.

A video circulating on social media showed Peters’ entourage carrying his limp body into a black vehicle. The incident has highlighted the dangers of encouraging young people to pursue extreme and often risky methods to alter their appearance, including facial acne treatments, plastic surgery, and a bizarre practice called 'bonesmashing,' which involves striking one’s own face with a hammer.

Peters has openly admitted to injecting himself with various substances, including testosterone, since the age of 14. His daily 'stack' reportedly includes Adderall, a prescription stimulant used to treat ADHD, and even methamphetamines, a highly addictive and dangerous drug. The exact cause of his hospitalization remains undisclosed.

The Miami Police Department confirmed to People that law enforcement and firefighters responded to a 911 call involving a 'male experiencing a medical emergency.'

A 25-year-old Australian influencer, known as Androgenic, who is associated with Peters, claimed to have been present during the incident. In a tweet on Tuesday, Androgenic wrote,

"Peters went from speaking to being fairly unresponsive in mere seconds. Within a minute we all realized the situation, turned the stream off, picked him up and rushed him to the hospital."

In a video titled "im going sober" posted on Thursday, Peters announced he was quitting drugs, stating,

"I ain’t going to be doing any more substances for a little while, hopefully for forever."
However, he admitted that his role as a 'looksmaxxing' influencer relied heavily on being under the influence.
"But that means I can’t really IRL stream anymore. So that’s the thing. I really can’t IRL stream cuz as you guys know, I’m quite brutal without that. So, I think I have to figure something else out."

Peters’ remarks suggest he may be struggling with a substance use disorder, characterized by the Mayo Clinic as feeling the need to use drugs regularly and requiring more of the substance to achieve the same effect. His history of legal troubles further supports these concerns.

In February, Peters was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona, for attempting to enter a bar with a fake ID and possession of a dangerous drug. Authorities found an Adderall pill and an oral steroid on him, according to the New York Times. However, state prosecutors chose not to press charges. Despite this, Peters’ troubles continued. In March, a video surfaced appearing to show him firing a gun at an alligator, an incident that further fueled his controversial public image.
