NFL Draft Attendance Breaks Records in Pittsburgh
Commissioner Roger Goodell announced that 320,000 fans attended the first round of the NFL Draft in Pittsburgh, setting a new attendance record. The previous high was set two years ago in Detroit, where 275,000 fans gathered for the event.

While the numbers reflect a massive turnout, the NFL acknowledges minor irregularities in attendance tracking. Each time a fan exits and re-enters the draft perimeter, the count increases by one. Despite this, the event's sprawling footprint—spanning the stage, Acrisure Stadium, and Point State Park—demonstrated an impressive and visually significant gathering.
