The Las Vegas Raiders have added depth to their roster ahead of the 2025 season by signing 16 undrafted free agents, including quarterback Jacob Clark from Missouri State.

On Friday, the team officially announced the signing of Clark, a 24-year-old signal-caller who completed 247-of-376 passes (65.7%) for 3,244 yards, 28 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions during the 2025 season.

The Raiders also brought in two of Clark’s former teammates from Indiana University: running back Roman Hemby and wide receiver E.J. Williams Jr. Williams recorded 36 receptions for 438 yards and six touchdowns for the Hoosiers in 2024.

The undrafted rookie class extends beyond Clark, Hemby, and Williams, with the Raiders signing 13 additional players from various college programs. The full list includes:

  • Penn State – Long snapper Tyler Duzansky
  • BYU – Offensive tackle Isaiah Jatta, wide receiver Chase Roberts, safety Tanner Wall
  • Troy – Safety Devin Lafayette
  • Boise State – Tight end Matt Lauter
  • Hawaii – Kicker Kansei Matsuzawa
  • Kennesaw State – Cornerback Caleb Offord
  • Duke – Guard Justin Pickett
  • Arkansas State – Wide receiver Corey Rucker
  • N.C. State – Defensive end Cian Slone
  • UCLA – Defensive tackle Gary Smith III
  • Arkansas – Linebacker Xavian Sorey Jr.
  • Maine – Linebacker Chris Thomas

The additions reflect the Raiders’ strategy of evaluating undrafted talent to fill practice squads and developmental roles ahead of training camp.
