Roblox’s daily active users declined for the second consecutive quarter, driven in part by the platform’s rollout of age-verification measures. According to the company’s latest earnings report, Roblox now has 132 million daily active users worldwide, a drop from 144 million at the end of 2025 and 152 million in Q3 2025.
In the United States and Canada, active users fell by one million compared to the previous quarter. Despite the decline in user engagement, Roblox reported revenue growth, reaching $1.4 billion.
Roblox attributed the slowdown in growth to "greater-than-expected headwinds" caused by the age-check features, which it said "slowed new user acquisition."
The company also noted that Russia’s ban on Roblox in December 2025 contributed to the challenges faced during the quarter.
