The New Orleans Saints are set to host two veteran quarterbacks at their rookie minicamp this weekend. According to Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football, Kyle Trask and Easton Stick will participate in the event, joining rookie free agents Kaleb Blaha (Wisconsin-River Falls) and Braylon Braxton (Southern Mississippi). The competition aims to secure the fourth spot on the team's quarterback depth chart.
Heading into organized team activities, the Saints' top quarterbacks are Tyler Shough, Spencer Rattler, and Zach Wilson.

Kyle Trask, 28, was selected in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He spent the 2023 season with the Atlanta Falcons. Trask has appeared in seven regular-season games in his career but has never started an NFL game. His career stats include 4 completions on 11 attempts for 28 passing yards.
Easton Stick's Career Highlights and Experience
Easton Stick, 30, played under Saints head coach Kellen Moore with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2023. He was drafted in the fifth round by the Chargers in 2019. Stick has played in six NFL games, starting four of them. His career passing stats include a 64% completion rate, 1,133 passing yards, three touchdowns, and one interception.
