The Seattle Seahawks officially announced the signing of tight end Harrison Bryant on Wednesday, expanding their offensive depth.
Bryant, 28, joins the Seahawks after spending the 2024 season with the Las Vegas Raiders. His NFL journey began when the Cleveland Browns selected him in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. During his rookie year, Bryant started nine games and quickly established himself as a reliable contributor.
Over his four-year tenure with the Browns, Bryant appeared in 90 games, starting 27, and accumulated:
- 100 receptions
- 884 receiving yards
- 10 touchdowns
His tenure in Cleveland concluded after the 2023 season, followed by a brief stint with the Houston Texans in 2024. With the Texans, Bryant played in 12 games, starting four, and recorded two catches for seven yards alongside one tackle.
The Seahawks now boast five tight ends on their roster, with Bryant joining AJ Barner, Elijah Arroyo, Nick Kallerup, and Eric Saubert.
As of this signing, the Seahawks’ roster stands at 83 players. This total does not include undrafted rookie free agents, who are expected to sign ahead of the upcoming rookie minicamp. The team has room to expand to 91 players, including international pathway player Federico Maranges.
