Nintendo and Game Freak have announced the start of a new distribution event for a shiny Volcanion in Pokémon HOME. This rare Mythical Pokémon is now available as part of a limited-time giveaway tied to the Pokédex in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.

The event is accessible worldwide and has no time limit, meaning players can participate at their convenience. To claim the shiny Volcanion, players must complete the following steps in Pokémon Legends: Z-A:

  • Deposit Pokémon from the game into Pokémon HOME.
  • Complete the Hyperspace Pokédex section.
  • Complete the Lumiose Pokédex section.
  • Complete the Mega Evolution Pokédex section.

Each player can receive the shiny Volcanion only once. The event does not expire, so there is no rush to participate.
