The tenth anniversary of The Promised Neverland will be celebrated with a special bonus one-shot manga, set to appear in Weekly Shonen Jump in Summer 2026.
The official social media account for the series shared two unfinished preview pages, offering a sneak peek at the upcoming one-shot. The preview reveals a setting in the year 2050, where characters are living and working together peacefully. Among the images is a photograph of Emma riding a giraffe, fulfilling her long-held dream.
In the next panel, Gilda calls out for Ayshe, asking other characters if they have seen her. This suggests the one-shot will likely focus on her storyline.

The Promised Neverland: Overview and Legacy
The Promised Neverland originally ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from August 2016 to June 2020. The series follows a group of orphans who discover they are being raised as food for monsters and plot their escape from the orphanage.
The manga received widespread acclaim and spawned multiple adaptations, including an anime series that aired for twelve episodes in 2019. A second season premiered in 2021, though its reception was notably poor among fans.
In response to the one-shot sneak peek, many fans have expressed a desire for a remake of the second season. Beyond anime adaptations, The Promised Neverland expanded into other media, including a live-action film and a video game. The series also featured crossover events in games such as Identity V.
