Donald Trump, long known for his reputation as a savvy negotiator, found himself at the center of online ridicule on Sunday after revealing a fundamental misunderstanding of the classic card game UNO.

The controversy began when Trump shared a photoshopped image of himself holding multiple "wild" cards, accompanied by a claim that he possessed "all the cards" in negotiations with Iran. The image, which was later circulated by the White House, sparked immediate backlash.

Trump’s statement, "I have all the cards," drew sharp criticism because the objective of UNO is to discard all your cards—not hold onto them.

"In Uno that means you are losing,"
quipped Ron Filipkowski, editor in chief of MeidasTouch.

Social media users seized on the gaffe to mock Trump’s political strategies and foreign policy decisions. Critics highlighted his perceived soft stance on Russian President Vladimir Putin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as his economic policies toward China and Xi Jinping.

Others pointed to Trump’s past connections to Jeffrey Epstein and the ongoing war with Iran as evidence of his misplaced confidence.

"Starting to think all those 3-D chess analogies were off the mark,"

In a separate attempt to portray Trump as an unrelenting victor, the White House’s official X account shared an hour-long loop of Trump repeatedly saying the word "winning" during a campaign rally. The post read:

"Can’t stop, won’t stop."
